By removing the wall between the living and family rooms we created a circular flow through the house. We converted the carport into a master bedroom and ensuite bath. The finished basement includes a family room, bedroom, new bath, and laundry. What had been a 2-bed, 1.5-bath house became a 4-bed 4-bath home.
