Greenlake Craftsman

This old house was originally a 3-bed, 1-bath. By finishing the attic and basement, we were able to add a master suite in the attic and an additional bedroom and bath in the basement, creating a 4-bed, 3-bath home. We kept many of the main level’s original features, including cove ceilings, sculptured walls, and hardwood floors.
